i had been working in EnO hotel for only 1 day,
then i give up.
why?
-because i do not like the way they manage the staff,
-the environment.
how would you feel,
when you are a new comer go in without any briefing, introduction of members and DO NOT KNOW WHERE TO GO FOR HOT WATER OR TAKE ORDER OR DO NOT KNOW THE STYLE OF SET UP A TABLE?
feel disappointed right?
and the very first day,
we know nothing,
then the supervisor give us a section to handle.
how could we make it with a blank minded?
where is the hot water? which cutleries should i put on the table? where should i put the glassware?
first time i feel so helpless.
and where is the experienced staff supposed to teach us all those things?
oh ya,
eat, drink and press mobile phone at the backlane.
pay money for this useless staff,
totally wasted.
we need her help to clean all the dirty plates to the backlane so that we don't have to leave our section and wait,
there is no one help us to take care our sections.
the management goes like this...
i cant imagine that this is the management of a 5 ***** hotel.
finished here then.
don't want to write some more.
just don't understand why...
