yesterday was such a busy day for me.
went out to meet with my colleague who came from penang after that going to post office to post some stuff...
unfortunately,

Kotex overnight flow 28cm

urgh~!
hate that special 5 days in every months!
is kinda torturing me since i love cold food and ice drinks!
you thought im kidding?
this simple source is the only evil way to cause every ladies torture to die every month!
and so do i...
im stop eating the cold food and ice drinks during these 5 days,
wait,
not only cold food and ice drinks,
spicy and sour food and drinks too~!
that means,
NO tomyam,
all the ladies love tomyam~!

here is something to share about "period"
in the 5 days,
-make sure no sour and spicy food,
as it can aggravate menstrual cramps

-say "no" to caffiene 
as it can cause cramping or headaches


-drink more water
as a lot of blood and water loss when period


- avoid thing that contain a lot of sugar (for example, chocolate)
many of us consider that eating chocolate will bring us more relax and minimized the painfulness of  period, but after go through some articles, i know this is wrong...Sugar causes rapid changes in blood sugar levels which can lead to mood swings X.X

well,
i couldn't find any best way to cure the painfulness, 
rather than drinking warm water,
which is massage my fat oily stomach...

this is what i can do to cure the pain...
other than things to avoid to cause the painfulness,
girls should choose ourselves a comfortable and appropriate sanitary pads..
i love kotex overnight flow 28cm and Sofy 41cm (if not mistaken) due to my heavy flow..

last Friday,
im going to maxis centre with my mom for paying the bill.
maxis is doing a promotion price of S3 for 150 MOC members with only RM599 for the phone
awhhh~!!!
im excited,
but too bad,
i got no money lo~~~~!
after settled the bill,
my mom said "you want to ask about S3 isn't it? ask the lady then..."
i tell mom i got no extra money for the phone,
mom said she paid for me first because she will get her new credit card from Maybank soon or later...xD
i smile like this >:目 and mom can actually see my excited face and gesture...
after the lady make all the things clear,
i get ready for her to bring out my baby S3,
but she telling me that "sorry, is out of stock~"
